PTA Committee: Walk of Fame Bricks

This chair is responsible for managing the Walk of Fame personally engraved bricks.

Duties: Update the Brick Order flier at the beginning of the year with the correct contact info. (See the online Filing Cabinet for a copy of the form.) Make copies for both offices and upload the new document to the web site. Be sure there is a flier in the first day of school packet. Market the program through fliers, posters and newsletter items. Collect orders for bricks during the fall semester. In the Spring, send a list of the brick orders to the production company and ask them to send the completed bricks to the installation company. Ensure installation is complete and all bricks are represented.

Notes: The Walk of Fame is outside the Upper School office by the parent drive. Work with the Campus Beautification chair on getting some benches and maybe a planter around the paving to make it more attractive.
